AdStorm is a young, successful, small but rapidly-growing agency based in Lichfield, just North of Birmingham. The directors have over 40 years' blue chip marketing experience, which is combined with a growing centre of excellence in digital online marketing. To help fuel our continued growth, we require a talented all-rounder to support the directors in the areas of management of the agency, account management, project management and project delivery - with the right individual being ideally placed to take a senior managerial role in the medium term. The successful individual will manage the throughput of work through the design studio, manage email, online and conventional marketing projects for our clients, write copy, source products and services and also liaise with clients as one of our front line account manager. The right person will develop into a central member of the management team and therefore we are recruiting on the basis of what the individual can grow into, as well as the strength of their experience to date. Fundamental character traits of high intellect, charisma, honesty, integrity and dependability will be valued as well as existing on the job experience. Experience of Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Graphic Design and Account management would be a distinct advantage. As a primary point of contact with our customers you must be able to talk credibly at the highest level, be able to identify an opportunity, and be able to effectively consult with the customer to conceive the perfect solution for them. AdStorm is generally a casual and relaxed working environment, but when our customers turn up the heat, we step up to the plate and deliver - no matter how impossible the assignment might seem. This requires extraordinary commitment from our employees at times, and as a key member of our project delivery team you must be capable of leading by example in order to inspire and motivate our growing team, whilst keeping the client firmly placed at the centre of everything you do.
